Abstract:

Paranychia is fairly common and usually caused by injury to area around the nail folding of human thumb finger. It is caused by multiple micro organisms of both bacterial and fungal infection mostly both micro organisms were observed in severe cases. For microbial study 42 swab samples were collected from Agricultural farmers and inoculated in suitable agar media.Abiotic stresses such as salinity, drought, heavy metal toxicity and extreme temperatures are critical factors that reduce crop yields by more than 50% worldwide. Sustainable agriculture in harsh environments requires an understanding of the ways that crop plants respond to both biotic and abiotic factors.
