Abstract:

The freshwater molluscs and crustaceans constitute an important component of the ecosystem. The freshwater crab Baritelphusa cunicularis and Bivalve parreysia corrugata found important component of freshwater ecosystem. Proteins proved versatile macromolecules in living system and served to run biological processes. Immune system of invertebrate must rely on non-self recognized molecules to ensure defense responses against infectious pathogens that continuously threaten their survival.
