Protein level in the heart of mice during immunostimulation and hepatitis infection

Abstract:

Six different doses of Gen Vac B Hbs Ag vaccine were given orally to 6 varied groups (A, B, C, D, E and F) of male swiss albino mice after immunostimulation. Heart protein level in all the experimental groups of mice were studied and compared with controls (group N) and immunostimulated (group I) mice 0n day 1, 3, 4 and 5 of experimental period.
